Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

1,000 pieces for rigid boxes and folding cartons, and 3,000 pieces for shoe boxes.

How long do samples and bulk orders take?

A digital proof sample takes about 7 days. Bulk production takes about 15 days after you approve the sample, or about 18 days in the busy weeks before Mid-Autumn and Chinese New Year.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We have exported before and can quote EXW (collected from our factory) or CIF (delivered to your port). Your boxes are packed in corrugated cartons we make ourselves.

Can you help with the box design?

Yes. We make the dieline for your box size free of charge, so your designer can lay out the artwork on it. If you need help with the design itself, our team can do it for a fee.

Is there a sample fee?

Yes, there is a sample fee, and it is refunded when you place the bulk order.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Within 6 hours once we have your box style, size and quantity.
